We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, with the market and castle just a short walk away. We were able to explore the city easily, as everything was within a 15-minute taxi ride.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring.

During my recent business trip, I had a good experience staying at a hotel in the middle of the city. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the comfortable and clean rooms with modern amenities like air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. , the hotel's key location was perfect for discovering the city's historical parts and markets. Plus, getting around was easy thanks to the hotel's close proximity to public transportation.
One of the worst aspects of my stay was the language barrier. The hotel staff spoke very little English, which made communication a bit of a challenge.

As a solo female traveler, I recently had a wonderful stay in a hotel in Kayseri. the hotel's location was conveniently close to the market and castle and easy to access by taxi, making it ideal for exploring the city. the room was comfortable, clean, and well, furnished with all basic amenities provided in the bathroom. the staff was also kind, helpful, and accommodating. Although there was no mention of an English, speaking staff, it was a minor issue as they were able to communicate with us using a translator. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. One thing to note though , the hotel can get noisy due to the occasional wedding party hosted on the top floor.

The hotel was situated in a great location near the market and castle, making it easy to navigate around the city. the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of Turkish dishes to choose from. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
The noise from the nearby events hall could be heard from our room, so it wasn't very peaceful or quiet. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as some of the staff members struggled with English.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and convenient location close to the market and castle. The hotel staff also helped us with parking our motorbikes.
Nothing could have been better.
